Locomotive replacement became necessary

Unfortunately, my BR 260 broke. The decoder seems defective. A short-term repair is not possible. Therefore, a replacement shunting locomotive has now arrived. It is a BR 361 with a digital motor and Telex coupler. As soon as I have the time and inclination, the BR-260 will be equipped with a new digital decoder. Now, however, signals and a second MS 2 are to be purchased.

I got cheap digital signals on E-Bay. I have now installed this. They all work very well. In fact, I like the older digital signals better, they fade the signal image softer. This should also work with the new generation, but unfortunately I haven't gotten it programmed yet. I got an exit signal, an entry signal, a route signal with a distant signal and two track closure signals.

Operations are running
